| The NJCT provides wholesome nutritious food suitable for the seniors from a well-equipped kitchen. And there is an attached Dining Hall. Food is cooked and served in hygienic conditions. The kitchen gets a regular supply of rice and sugar, donated by the Trustees. There are regular supplies of vegetables, milk, pulses, oil and provisions. On special festival days, special dishes are also prepared and served in addition to the regular menu. There is also a limited canteen service and the residents can extend hospitality to their visitors. subject to the operating rules of the Home |
